Schedule:

Fri 1am to 9am, Sat and Sun from 1am to 1pm, Mon 1am to 9am

Key Responsibilities



Fill last minute open shifts in a collaborative team environment Receive incoming emergency & non-emergency calls and address issues in a timely manner Operate with various computerized communication devices and associated equipment to receive, assess and relay information from security personnel in a courteous, professional, and expedient manner Documenting all information into comprehensive reports Escalating situation to Team Leads as required Remain calm under pressure and be able to multitask during high call volumes Be able to prioritize and dispatch accordingly Communicate with staff, supervisors, and management to schedule staff to cover shifts Update and maintain in-house scheduling database Schedule staff in accordance with agreed Elite policy and procedures Interact with Police, Fire Department, and EMS where necessary in support of field staff Attendance Management in ensuring coverage for sick, vacation and employee leaves Performs audits on CCTV to ensure field staff are adhering to company policies Communicates any team concerns/issues with Area Managers
Requirements

Experience in staff scheduling 1-3 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Security experience an asset

Shift:



Tuesday 12am-8am

Wednesday 12am-8am

Thursday 12am-8am

Friday 4pm-12am

Saturday 12pm-12am

Pay: $19/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$20.00 per hour
