FirstService Residentialis North America's foremost property management firm. Specializing in Property Management, Front Desk Security Guards, Cleaners and Superintendent within our Property Services Department.
We are hiring for experiencedSecurity Guard/Conciergepositions at our High-End condominiums we manage.
We are hiring in the following location and hours:
Hours: Saturday & Sunday 0000-1200
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Location: North York, ON
Security Guard Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Security Guard License & Emergency First Aid
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and report writing)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills; outgoing and friendly personality; committed to providing exceptional service excellence to customers and employees
- 1 year of Experience in the Security industry, Law Enforcement and/or Military field
- Secondary school education (or equivalent). Post-Secondary education is an asset
- Security and Police Foundations Diploma is an asset
- Ability to work rotating shifts including: afternoons, overnights and weekends
