Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our security team for October 10 & 11 and onwards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry. Conduct thorough checks of bags and personal items as required by venue policy. Enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.*
Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
