KEY RESPOSIBILITIES AS OUR SECURITY SYSTEM TECHNICIAN:

Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems for residential and commercial properties. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting. Educate clients on system operations and best practices. Working in various locations around Southern Vancouver Island from luxury homes to commercial properties.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid certification as an alarm installer in the Province of BC;

specifically you hold a Security System Technician (TQ) Certificate

under the Skilled Trades BC Act. Proven experience in alarm system installation, repair, and maintenance. We install primarily DSC Neo and Clare Alarm systems as our go-to brands. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations. Strong technical skills and familiarity with the latest security technologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Valid BC driver's license and clean driving record.
