Lead a team of on-site security officers Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security officers Responsible for ensuring that instructions are understood, updated, and followed by all security officers Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties

Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills X number of years of experience in security and team management First aid certification (an asset or mandatory) Hold a valid security license
