Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. The Secretary will be responsible for managing communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various clerical tasks in a professional environment.

Responsibilities



Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping. Assisting in Alcolock Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations.

Experience



Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, especially in automotive office setting. Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices is essential. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus, along with strong typing skills. A background as a Dental Receptionist or similar position would be advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.39-$29.58 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
