Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Manager- Planning and Development, the incumbent is the team lead for the Need a Family Practice Registry for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating clerical activities at Mumford Professional Centre- Primary Health Care. The incumbent provides day-to-day administrative support to the Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of clerical support staff by ensuring appropriate distribution of workload to maximize efficiency and effectively meet needs; scheduling and rearranging resources during periods of staff absence; supporting timesheets and payroll deadlines; orientation of support staff and ensuring collaborative teamwork. The incumbent is responsible for processing requisitions for supplies and services for the Need a Family Practice Registry-Primary Health Care; maintaining records of same and helping to ensure cost effective utilization of resources. The incumbent is also responsible for working with the Manager to ensure appropriate collection and monitoring of relevant statistical and other data related to clinic operations including advanced access, scheduling and workflow.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
