Job Description
Gobind Sarvar Brampton is seeking a skilled and experienced High School Science Teacher to teach students in Grades 9 and 10. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the Ontario Science curriculum and a commitment to developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Teaching experience is mandatory
; applications without prior teaching experience will not be considered. Experience teachingScience at the senior/intermediate level
is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of theOntario Science curriculum
, including teaching methodologies to support learning. Ability to plan and deliverengaging, inquiry-based lessons
that meet a range of learning needs and promote critical thinking. Proficiency in using a variety ofassessment tools
to monitor progress, provide feedback, and support student growth. Must be fluent in English with excellentoral, written, and reading
communication skills.OCT certification is recommended
; applicants who have applied for OCT will also be considered. Strongclassroom management, organization
