Position Overview:
We're seeking a driven and experienced

Specialty Vehicle Buyer & Automotive Sales Consultant

with a

minimum of 5 years

of automotive buying experience, preferably in rare, exotic, performance, or collector cars. This role combines procurement expertise with client-facing weekend sales coverage and on-call support during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Acquisition & Sourcing (Primary Role - Weekdays):

Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-quality specialty vehicles for resale Maintain relationships with wholesalers, collectors, brokers, and auction houses Negotiate purchase terms, verify vehicle history, and ensure all acquisitions meet CFT's standards Stay ahead of trends in enthusiast and investment-grade vehicles Work with our marketing team to highlight incoming inventory
Sales Support (Secondary Role - Weekends + Sick/Holiday Coverage):

Greet and engage showroom visitors and online inquiries Close deals with professionalism and product expertise Input leads and follow-ups into CRM Represent CFT's values and service culture on the sales floor

Qualifications:

5+ years automotive buying experience (retail or wholesale) Strong knowledge of specialty, exotic, and performance car markets Proven track record of sourcing unique or high-margin vehicles Personable and confident in a sales environment Able to work independently and adapt on the fly Comfortable working Saturdays and covering other team members when needed Clean driving record and ability to handle high-value vehicles

Pay: $39,376.33-$138,824.93 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
