We're looking for a

Seasonal Warehouse Associate

to join our Markham branch for the busy season! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You'll play an important role in operations team, scanning, sorting, processing shipments while also greeting and assisting customers at our front counter. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday:

11 AM to 7 PM (OT Available)

Seasonal role: Contract ends on January 31, 2026

What You'll Be Doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Scan, sort, process, and palletize packages accurately and efficiently Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time Handle customer inquiries and help resolve shipping-related questions (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational and service goals

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience (preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using scanners, shipping platforms, and computers Physically fit and able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Able to multitask and work independently or within a team Detail-oriented and thrives under pressure Must be able to reliably commute to our

Markham branch

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
