We are seeking dedicated Seasonal Vineyard Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. This role involves hands-on work maintaining and harvesting our vineyards, essential to producing premium wines.

Prune, tie, pick, train, weed, thin, de-leaf, and harvest grapevines. Maintain the condition of vines including sucker removal and repair of trellises. Assist with installing and maintaining irrigation and drainage systems. Help prepare and plant new vineyards as needed. Follow all safety procedures at all times. Perform other vineyard-related tasks as assigned.

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions. Willingness to work long hours, especially during peak harvest times. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment. Flexible availability during the harvest season.
