Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in daily operations and staff management. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Oversee cashiering duties and ensure accuracy in transactions. Implement effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous. Ability to perform product demos confidently and engagingly. A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
