We are currently looking for a Seasonal Operations Team Member to join our Surrey production team for a 3-month term, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Production Assistant to support general warehouse and production operations at our Surrey location. This hands-on role includes assisting with order preparation, inventory management, quality checks, and general warehouse support. You'll work closely with the Production Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Operate and maintain heat press equipment to apply designs on garments, ensuring quality, proper alignment, and organization of finished items for the next stage of production.

Aid in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of products, following established guidelines and quality standards. This includes checking orders for accuracy and proper packaging.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply on-hand.

Participate in checks to verify product integrity and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and work area, following safety guidelines.

Accurately record inventory counts, order details, and other relevant operational data.

Confirm item quantities, colors, and sizes; ensure order accuracy before packing and shipping.

Provide input and suggestions to enhance workflow, efficiency, and order accuracy.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in heat press operations is an asset).

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support is an asset but not required.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Comfortable using computers for basic data entry or order tracking.

Physically able to lift packages (30+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Flexible, adaptable, and reliable under tight timelines.
