About the Role



We're looking for a

Seasonal Manufacturing Assistant

to join our small, collaborative team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and seeing their efforts come to life in each finished product.

Some days you'll be helping on the packaging line; other days you might be preparing herbs, cleaning equipment, or assisting with production setup. You'll be an important part of a friendly, close-knit crew that values quality, learning, and care in everything we do.

What You'll Do



Assist with tea and herb blend production and packaging Operate and monitor tea bagging and packaging equipment (training provided) Help keep our equipment and workspace clean and food-safe Record production data accurately and neatly Support with organizing materials and maintaining tidy work areas Follow our safety and quality standards Communicate with supervisors about any issues or improvements Learn new skills and cross-train in different production areas

What We're Looking For



Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of doing good work Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs (with help for heavier items) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in a food or manufacturing setting is a bonus -- but not required Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork Enjoys working around natural ingredients like herbs and botanicals

Nice-to-Have Skills



Familiarity with food safety (HACCP, GFSI, cGMP) Experience with packaging or manufacturing equipment Mechanical aptitude or interest in how things work Curiosity for continuous learning and problem-solving
