Between now and October 31st, reporting to the Resort Manager at Leisure Lake Resort, this role is responsible for after hours minor maintenance duties (e.g. cleaning, minor repairs to resort infrastructure as needed, equipment maintenance, etc.), customer service inquiries and responding to after hours customer complaints.The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in an after hours (overnight) work environment. The role requires someone with strong communication and customer service skills as well as experience with maintenance operations in a tourism setting (preferred). You have solid customer service and/or maintenance experience in the hospitality, property management, security or police services, or hotel industry. Customer Relations Monitoring and controlling access to all facilities in the park. Welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner Patrolling the property to ensure that guidelines and property standards are being followed Report any problems or safety hazards to the Resort Manager and / or authorities. Safely operate RTV, golf carts or other vehicles in order to efficiently monitor occupied campsites and common areas. Responding to customer concerns, complaints and queries.Maintenance / Cleaning Performing minor maintenance duties including resetting breakers, minor repairs and upkeep Ensuring washrooms, grounds and common areas are kept up to standard: this includes, unplugging toilets, pickup and depositing garbage into dumpsters, close pools and initiate pool robots and other related duties Assist in monitoring levels of supplies needed (washroom & cleaning supplies) and communicate supply needs to Resort Manager.
