We are presently searching for our next great team member as a Painter to join our Maintenance team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.
The ideal applicant would have a strong painting skill set, along with some basic handyman skills, and be able to think on their feet. You would be able to work unsupervised, and would be psychically fit due to the nature of work. You may have to work in extreme weather, and be comfortable working at heights or in confined areas.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

• Working with new builds and renovations

• Apply paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller or brush

• Apply caulking where needed

• Mixes paint to achieve desired color

• Set up and use ladders and/or scaffolding in a safe manner

• Leaves work area in safe, neat, clean conditions

• General repairs, working with other maintenance personnel on projects

• On-call shifts.

• Able to work at heights

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• 2 years of interior and exterior painting experience (preferred)

• Strong knowledge and experience working in a maintenance department

• Good physical condition, as position is physically demanding

• Minimum of a N drivers license required

• Excellent communication skills, as well as excellent problem solving abilities

This is a year round position with a minimum commitment of 1 year.
