UV Pools: Manitoba's Premier Pool Liner and Renovation Experts

UV Pools is seeking a Seasonal Office Assistant from roughly March to September/October. Position would be Part Time (2-3 days a week) to start then advance to full time likely by April. The anticipated shift would be 9am-5pm.

You will be joining a friendly, down-to-Earth team that values hard work, detailed planning, and honest communication.

Your Role:

Be the friendly voice and face of UV Pools, managing all incoming phone calls and customer interactions. Conduct pool water testing, handle customer payments, general admin activities and basically just be the most helpful person in the office. Occasionally operate the forklift (training provided) as required. Light office housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

A proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every task. Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and effectiveness. Possession of a Class 5 license and personal vehicle
