Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Live Service Agent I to join our team. As a Live Service Agent I, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This is a call-centric role, where you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and make a real difference in their lives.



What you'll do:



Speak with customers via phone, taking ownership of their needs and managing them to completion

Educate customers about our services and benefits, and find creative solutions to their problems

Guide customers through potential solutions to find the best match for their needs

Book services and ensure completion/satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Meet targets with regard to contact rates, bookings, and other key performance indicators

Be a fierce advocate for our customers, keeping their best interests at the forefront of every interaction

Job Details



Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Benefits: Work from home, full-time benefits to be discussed

Schedule: Part-time (20-29 hours/week), full-time (32-40 hours/week), with morning, day, and evening flexibility

Must

be open to weekends and holiday availability


Training:



Must be flexible for the first 3 weeks to work a full time training schedule (9:00AM-5:30PM EST) that will then change to a part-time or full-time schedule.



Please note that bonus and equity are not applicable to positions with a fixed-term contract.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $39,300 CAD - $49,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
