Position Overview:

Based out of Hamilton, Generational Wealth Inc the Seasonal Landscaper will report directly to the Property Managers, and work closely with on-site personnel, maintenance team, and vendor partners to ensure performance and goals are met. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and self-initiative and help oversee the operations of a growing residential real estate portfolio and be involved and instrumental in the daily management of tasks and projects (including ad-hoc projects).

Duties

Regular residential property maintenance including, but not limited to, lawn maintenance such as grass cutting, garden bed edging, hedge trimming etc. Property and debris cleanups from client properties Be willing to work on weekends if overtime is required to ensure all lawns are cut up to date

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in lawn maintenance preferred Valid G Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance for site visits and services Personable and willing to learn Strong attention to detail & communication skills Ability to work in a physical setting, outdoors and in all weather conditions. Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule. Must be able to work individually and in a team environment. Must be able to problem solve and embrace challenges as they arise Time management skills

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
