Okanagan region | Seasonal | Starting early November 2025


We are looking for dynamic photographers who enjoy working with graduates in a professional yet relaxed setting. This flexible role is ideal for those who appreciate fashion-forward photography and creating memorable portraits for grads and their families.

About Us:

Mountain West Studios is Western Canada's leading school photography company--proudly Canadian and family-owned since 1980. We've been capturing student smiles and school memories for over 45 years.

What You'll Do:

Visit secondary schools across the Okanagan region to photograph graduating students. Set up and operate professional photography equipment (we provide all gear and training). Interact with students and school staff in a warm, upbeat, and professional way. Represent Mountain West Studios with enthusiasm and professionalism. Work mostly weekdays during peak season (November-March).

What We Offer:

$25/hour + paid drive and uploading time.

Mileage reimbursement

($0.55/km where applicable). Paid training and all photography equipment provided. A fun, positive, team-focused work culture.

Paid training the week of November 3rd, 2025

What You'll Need:

Valid driver's license (no "L" licenses) and a reliable personal vehicle. Legal eligibility to work in Canada. Strong communication skills and fluent English. Must be comfortable working with graduates and school staff. Basic computer literacy. Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
