Paneless Windows is entering its 29th year in business and looking for Field Techs for 2024. Paneless specializes in exterior commercial & residential maintenance, including window cleaning, pressure cleaning, and eavestrough cleaning.


Field tech positions involve the use of ladders, water-fed poles, aerial man-lifts, and potentially rope access.


All training is provided by Paneless.

Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written) The ability to lift, move, set up, and use ladders. The ability to work at different heights. The ability to work in all weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Effective communication skills.

A positive attitude is essential and a safety-conscious mindset is critical
Employment Type:
Full-time seasonal employment
Work Hours:
Variable, depending on the seasonal activities. Mostly, 8:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required.
Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
