What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional, personalised service that reflects the prestige of our brand. Support the team with Click & Collect orders, customer queries and store presentation. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and contribute to a sparkling store environment. Embody the Michael Hill values and help customers find meaningful gifts that last a lifetime.

Who You Are

A confident, well-presented individual with a passion for retail and customer service. Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus - especially during peak trading periods. Enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to be part of a high-performing team.
