The Andrews Seamstress/Tailor is:
An expert in their field who cares about people

Tailoring Operations
Communicate effectively with customers and develop customer relationships
Follow the Andrews policies and procedures
Follow the policies and procedures established in the Andrews alteration workrooms
Utilize your expertise to make alteration decisions during customer fittings
Provide exceptional customer service throughout
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support company/store and department initiatives
Competencies, Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
Minimum of 3 years seamstress/tailoring experience in high-end merchandise Ability to sew a wide range of garments for primarily female clients Possession of strong technical background in specialty skills such as: leather, knits, double face, beading, fine tailoring, buttonholes, etc. Pressing and spotting skills.
