Duties and Responsibilities: Fish And Seafood Plant Cutters And Cleaners Specific Skills: - Cut, clean and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing - Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: - Repetitive tasks - Handling heavy loads - Physically demanding - Attention to detail - Hand-eye co-ordination - Standing for extended periods - Bending, crouching, kneeling - Working in a damp environment - Working in a loud, fast-paced environment. Employment conditions: Seasonal, full-time - 30 to 70 hours per week. Hours of work will vary depending upon fish processing requirements. Shifts during day, night, weekends, on-call required.
