Our rapid expansion means we are now seeking an SDR Manager to manage and grow our SDR team who targets the Canadian and US markets via a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting (30%/70%).

The role - what you'll do as an SDR Manager:

  • Manage, onboard, and continually develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and a small team of Account Executives;
  • Constantly drive for better metrics, improved efficiency, and higher performance across the SDR & AE team;
  • Build on and improve Dext's outbound sales development strategy, messaging, tool utilisation and structure;
  • Coordinate and manage weekly one-on-ones and team meetings;
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure ongoing accountability, improvement and best practice sharing amongst the SDR team;
  • Coach SDR's & AE's to grow their skills and results;
  • Develop and master consultative and cold-calling techniques and cadences to help the SDR & AE teams improve;
  • Travel to assigned events or seminars and showcase or present the Dext product to draw in new leads.
About you - what we are looking for:
  • Solid experience in an SDR or Account Executive role, including experience as a team lead or manager;
  • Experience in B2B sales, (especially selling to accountants and bookkeepers will be a plus);
  • Expertise in sales productivity and CRM Tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach/SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • A player-coach attitude - be willing to guide junior team members while getting your hands dirty building on our existing SDR strategies;
  • An open mind that is willing to test different processes, messaging tactics, and strategies;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that will do everything it takes to break into key target accounts.
