Role: Scrum Master/Senior Business Analyst with ConsignO, OpenText Content Manager

Location: Remote (But need to travel to New Brunswick at least once a month)

Work location: Fredericton, NB

Duration: 6 Months (24 months Extensible)

Must Have Skills:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies, such as SNB, SD, NBHC, etc.

IM/IT experience on projects that involve scanning and document management solutions that integrate with existing IT systems, such as ConsignO, OpenText Content Manager, and/or similar solutions.

Experience as a Scrum Master.

Experience performing Senior Business Analyst activities, such as facilitating workshops, capturing business/user requirements, process design activities, and IT solution implementations.

Experience in scanning and document management solutions that integrate with existing IT systems, such as ConsignO, OpenText Content Manager, and/or similar solutions.

Experience performing Scrum Master Activities, such as daily stand-ups, program increment (PI) planning, iteration/sprint planning, conducting retrospectives, administration of team backlogs, collaboration with product owners, and removal of impediments to success for the team.

Experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies, such as SNB, SD, NBHC, etc.

Experience working with cross functional business and technical teams that include a mix of in-house and external stakeholders and vendors.

Experience working with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
