This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our top financial clients as a Scrum Master, where you will empower teams to deliver high-value outcomes through Agile best practices and a culture of accountability.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Scrum Master-Banking who combines strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You will guide teams through the full Agile lifecycle, championing continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective delivery within complex technical and business environments.
Responsibilities:

• Facilitate end-to-end Agile processes and ceremonies, ensuring all team members are engaged and aligned.
• Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and adapting Agile practices to maximize productivity.
• Identify and remove impediments, collaborating with stakeholders to enable smooth delivery of work commitments.
• Ensure all team work is visible and tracked in the Product Backlog, protecting the team from hidden work and distractions.
• Promote team collaboration and engagement, encouraging members to support one another and focus on high-priority deliverables.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Work In Progress (WIP) limits and fostering a predictable flow of work.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and align on priorities.
• Maintain clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies across all stakeholder groups.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, risk management, and control processes.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages transparency, trust, and shared ownership.
• Support personal and professional growth within the team through mentorship, coaching, and continuous learning.

Desired Skill Set:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting infrastructure-related projects and understanding end-to-end infrastructure processes.
• Certified Scrum Master (SAFe 5 or SAFe 6).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams toward Agile maturity.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining team focus and delivery momentum.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Experience as an Agile Coach, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile management tools.
