Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Banking Associate to join our client.
Contract Period: 12 months
Pay Rate: $18.67 per hour
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Location Type: 4 days on site (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am to 8pm EST (Rotational)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Banking Associate to support our clients in both French and English. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, process transactions, and assist with banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve clients in both French and English, providing professional and courteous service.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Promote banking products and services, cross-selling where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of banking systems and procedures is an asset.
