SCRUM MASTER Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Scrum Master to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.Location: St. Laurent, QC (Hybrid)RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist product owners in managing and maintaining product, sprint and
product stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring adequate
communication between product collaborators; * Ensure the quality of communications (frequency, adaptation based on thecontext and product, etc.); * Regular reporting on the status of projects. Escalate risks andscope projects when needed; * Prepare and delivering Scrum meetings (planning, review, retro, etc.);
- Ensure the quality of deliverables;
- Motivate team members and eliminating obstacles;
- Consistently seeking to improve the development teams, and applying
- Follow up on billing issues with the finance and accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience with a Project Management ERP system.
- Experience with Planisware Enterprise v6 with the following modules:
- Must be fluent in Scrum/agile methodology.
- Bilingualism in both French and English is required.
