As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible to motivate the product delivery team and other key stakeholders to achieve goals in product development. Your day-to-day:

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with the Product team to continually improve process and breaking down work into clear objectives.
• Prioritizing, refining and maintaining a healthy backlog of multiple products with the Product Owners
• Articulate product vision and user stories with clarity to development teams and manage daily standups
• Participating in roadmap discussions to advise on feasibility and sequence of product roadmap development.

Recipe for Success:

At the very least, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• To be eligible to work in Canada and work on site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2-4 years\' working on multiple products with product teams
• Excellent knowledge of agile techniques and artifacts (such as acceptance criteria, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

You are ahead of the curve, if you have:

• Bilingual (French and English) (Written & Oral)
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira
• Technical background with software development experience
• An understanding of the real estate industry and its various stakeholders
• Experience in Change Management
