The Scrum Master\xe2\x80\x99s is responsible for aligning team objective, helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint, facilitating regular follow-ups, removing obstacles that are impeding the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, coaching the team on Agile practices and principles, helping the team to continuously improve their processes and practices, facilitating communication and collaboration between the team and other stakeholders, and protecting the team from \xe2\x80\x9cnon-urgent & low-value\xe2\x80\x9d distractions and interruptions.

Responsibilities

Resource Allocation Management:

• Overview digital resources\xe2\x80\x99 time and govern the time entries
• Raise flags & provide solutions when resources are overbooked or misaligned

• Design engaged & efficient team scrum meetings (Sprint planning/weekly/blocker meeting etc.)
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
• Track & report on project progress & metrics with stakeholders (1-on-1s or other formats)
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation of project deliverables and processes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Project Management (As Lead PM/Project Manager):

• Ensure that all projects have a built-out brief including:
• Scope of project
• Time frame & milestones
• Deliverables and teams involved
• Organizing Kick-off meetings with stakeholders
• Documentation when needed
• Share updates with stakeholders when needed
• Organize post-mortems & implement feedback for future optimization/projects

• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders from other teams to identify and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Multiple years of proven experience working with Agile methodology (scrum master certification or PMP is a plus)
• Good understanding of Digital initiatives especially Web Dev, Data Reporting, Digital Advertising, & Marketing Automation
• Ability to lead projects & motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Good flexibility & adaptation with project changing management
