Vous travaillerez dans un environnement de d\xc3\xa9veloppement logiciel complexe et en constante \xc3\xa9volution pour livrer un produit de haute qualit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 nos partenaires.CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du Directeur, Produit et Op\xc3\xa9rations Scrum, le Scrum Master sera charg\xc3\xa9 de :

• Diriger des \xc3\xa9quipes Scrum pour garantir la livraison r\xc3\xa9ussie des am\xc3\xa9liorations de fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 notre portefeuille de produits logiciels de fid\xc3\xa9lisation dans un environnement bas\xc3\xa9 sur le SaaS.

• Collaborer \xc3\xa9troitement avec d\'autres \xc3\xa9quipes Scrum, Ing\xc3\xa9nierie logicielle, Services de livraison, Gestion de la relation client, Marketing, Services de soutien et Gestion de produit.

• D\xc3\xa9velopper les \xc3\xa9quipes Agiles en une \xc3\xa9quipe performante. Motiver les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et influencer les d\xc3\xa9cisions sans autorit\xc3\xa9 formelle.

• Aider l\'\xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 rester concentr\xc3\xa9e et organis\xc3\xa9e et \xc3\xa0 rendre le travail de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe visible et transparent pour les parties prenantes.

• S\'assurer que les processus Agile Scrum sont suivis lorsque c\'est appropri\xc3\xa9, et abandonn\xc3\xa9s lorsque c\'est n\xc3\xa9cessaire.

• Comprendre et communiquer l\'impact des changements ou des nouvelles informations sur la v\xc3\xa9locit\xc3\xa9 de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et leur pr\xc3\xa9dictibilit\xc3\xa9.

• 3 \xc3\xa0 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 la t\xc3\xaate d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe Scrum dans une entreprise de d\xc3\xa9veloppement de logiciels.

• \xc3\x89tudes postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.

• Ant\xc3\xa9c\xc3\xa9dents et exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets.

• Poss\xc3\xa9der des connaissances techniques. Vous serez en contact \xc3\xa9troit avec nos ing\xc3\xa9nieurs logiciels et devrez parler leur langage.

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail dans des environnements complexes, multi-projets, multi-\xc3\xa9quipes avec un grand nombre de parties prenantes.

• Bonne connaissance pratique du logiciel Jira.

You will work in a complex, ever-changing software development environment to deliver a high quality product to our partnersWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Reporting to the Director, Product and Scrum Operations, the Scrum Master will be responsible for:

• Leading scrum teams to ensure the successful delivery of feature enhancements to our portfolio of loyalty software products in a SaaS based environment.

• Collaborating closely with other scrum teams, Software Engineering, Delivery Services, Relationship Management, Marketing, Support Services and Product Management.

• Developing Agile teams into a high performing team. Motivating team members and influencing decisions without formal authority.

• Helping the team stay focused & organized and making the team\'s work visible and transparent to stakeholders

• Ensuring the Agile Scrum processes are followed when appropriate, and ditched when necessary.

• Understanding and communicating the impact of changes or new information on team velocity and their predictability

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

• 3-5 years\' of experience leading a scrum team in a software development company.

• Post-secondary education in a related field.

• Background and experience in project management.

• Possessing a technical background. You\'ll interface heavily with our software engineers and need to speak their language.

• Experience working in complex, multi-project multi-team environments with a large number of stakeholders.

• Good working knowledge of Jira software.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an asset.
