Scrum Master

As a part of the Scrum Master community, you will help lead, grow, coach and support our teams in reaching their full potential by enabling Lean and Agile capabilities within the organization.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in British Columbia. At our headquarters in Vancouver, BC, we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Work with various teams to implement and optimize the use of Lean and Agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
• Facilitate ceremonies and support a team\xe2\x80\x99s various needs based on where they are at in their journey.
• Help mitigate issues and risks, including timely removal of impediments for different teams.
• Help teams see their performance and continuous-improvement results by making KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and reporting visible.
• Develop strong partnering relationships with other team leaders to help drive team level improvements and deliver maximum value output.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, or in Agile Teams in a Leadership capacity.
• 2+ years of experience involving coaching and leading teams through continuous-improvement, performance-improvement, or process-improvement.
• A strong understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• A self-starter attitude with a growth-mindset
• Experience in problem-solving, conflict-resolution, navigating uncertainty and leading change within an organization.
