Job Overview
Beck & Boyd is looking for a Screen Printer to join our growing clothing brand and print shop. This is a hands-on role using a manual press, where you'll help turn designs into finished apparel. We offer above-market pay, flexible hours, and a casual shop environment where your work is valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a manual screen-printing press Mix inks, prepare screens, and ensure accurate colors Print clean, consistent designs on apparel Assist with packaging and product drops as needed Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
Screen-printing experience is an asset (training available) Some background editing graphics in Photoshop or Illustrator is helpful Strong attention to detail Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands Able to keep pace during busy production periods Reliable and respectful team player
What We Offer
Pay range: $18-25/hr depending on experience Profit sharing: option of staff bonus tied to company performance Flexible hours: Work schedule that fits life outside of work Casual environment: Relaxed shop atmosphere with fair treatment and respect
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$24.53 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
