Job Description

Screen Printing & Production Operations o Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses for apparel and custom products o Set up screens, inks, squeegees, platens, and materials accurately for each job o Perform test prints, make necessary adjustments, and ensure print quality before full runs o Ensure proper alignment, curing, and color accuracy throughout production o Monitor machines and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime Prep & Maintenance o Assist with reclaiming and preparing screens for upcoming jobs o Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, press stations, and ink supply o Follow all safety and company procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment o Assist with ink mixing, screen cleaning, and basic press maintenance Team Collaboration & Support o Support other production areas as needed (packaging, heat pressing, embroidery prep, etc.) o Communicate with team members and supervisors to stay aligned on job priorities and timelines o Maintain consistent pace and productivity to help meet daily and weekly production goals Requirements: o Experience in screen printing or production work. o Willingness to learn and take direction in a hands-on production environment. o Strong attention to detail, especially with quality control and print alignment. o Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs regularly. o Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude. o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience: o Previous experience operating screen-printing presses is preferred. o Familiarity with ink mixing, screen preparation, and basic maintenance. o Experience in apparel decoration or large-format production. Preferred Education/Certifications: o High school diploma or equivalent preferred. o On-the-job training and certification in screen printing processes will be provided. o Coursework or hands-on experience in printing, production, or visual arts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
