Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Screen Printer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and production-focused, requiring confident operation of both automatic and manual presses to produce consistent, high-quality apparel that meets our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality apparel items.

Prepare screens and inks according to design specifications. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork. Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety standards. Manage multiple orders efficiently while adhering to deadlines. Inspect finished products for quality control. Assist in developing new printing techniques and processes. Support the team in fulfilling client orders with precision and professionalism.

Proven experience in screen printing or related field.

Strong understanding of color management and ink application. Ability to interpret design files and work with various fabrics. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures related to screen printing equipment. Preferred experience with digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
