Scientific Sales Representative
Victoria, BC (with occasional mainland travel)
Are you a science-minded professional with a knack for sales? We're looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join a dynamic team supporting research and scientific innovation. This is your chance to make a real impact while building relationships across the Greater Victoria area, with occasional travel to the mainland 2-3 days per month.
What You'll Do:
- Lead your territory by building strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, introducing new products and services
- Manage pricing, reporting, and all territory administration with accuracy
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent)
- Sales experience in any industry - lab experience a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and other digital tools
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per month to the mainland
