As the Scientific Recruiter, you will source, attract, and hire top scientific talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities

Provide full-cycle recruitment for scientific and technical roles including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment

Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization

Implement robust scientific recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s growth objectives

Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system

Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics

Knowledge and Qualifications

PhD is strongly preferred with direct lab-based experience in relevant field, such as cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry (a minimum of a BSc is required)

Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82
