We are looking for a Scientific Analyst, Catalogue Data to join our Science team to support our Genomics reagent offering. You will report to the Reagent Data Manager.

You Will:

  • Support the curation and preparation of catalogues and images for existing and new reagent product types; to update catalogues and improve the number of products and accuracy of product data.
  • Help with regular audits of experimental data on the platform to improve data
  • accuracy.
  • Participate in QA of the platform to discover potential issues, and address reported user issues to ensure data quality and accuracy on the platform.
  • Work with R&D team to improve the quality of product mapping, data mining, and the accuracy of product detection in the literature.
  • Support the evaluation and preparation of data for new projects as the need arises.
  • Improve platform features and future company direction by providing insights as a scientific user.
You Have:
  • MSc or PhD in life sciences or related fields
  • Sufficient knowledge in molecular/cell biology and genetics
  • Experience in experimental biology research techniques, including:
  • In vivo studies (cell cultures, animal/mouse models)
  • Immunological methods (in vitro, cell-based and analytical)
  • Genetics (CRISPR, NGS, RNAi, PCR)
  • Functional assays (kinase assays, cytotoxicity, neutralization/activation)
  • Analytical Biology (pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, LC/MS, SPR)
  • Microbiology (cloning, microscopy, strain analysis)
  • Experience in working with a variety of animal cell lines, bacteria and viruses a plus
