Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives. Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that caters to various learning styles. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and improve instructional strategies.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
