The Role: Schools Program Manager
The Schools & Groups Schools Program Manager is part of a team that is responsible for the delivery of unmatched development experiences, activity and program excellence, customer service and engagement. This position contributes to leading and executing: activity and program facility development, guest group experiences for all Schools & Retreats guests (schools, retreats, and Leadership Studio groups), as well as full-time and seasonal staff management. The primary responsibility and focus of this position is to develop and deliver excellent experiences for school trips.

What You Bring
University/College degree in either Education, Kinesiology, Recreation & Leisure or the equivalent
One to three years of year-round camp experience or the equivalent of working with children and youth
Passion for youth ministry, leadership development and outdoor recreation
Proven ability in planning, organizing, problem solving and implementation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple high priority tasks
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to initiate independently as well as work effectively on a team
Ability to lead others in a timely, organized and professional manner
