We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Conduct deep cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene and sanitation. Maintain floors through stripping, waxing, buffing, or polishing as needed. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other necessities. Reporting larger repairs to appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably but not nessary training provided. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role is vital in maintaining a professional environment that promotes health, safety, and comfort for all occupants.
