Duties
Conduct school tours for prospective families and communicate program details clearly
Promote school events through newsletters, social media, and parent communication
Provide administrative support for major events including graduation ceremonies, field trips, winter concerts, open houses, and seasonal celebrations
Manage day-to-day office tasks such as attendance tracking, student registration, billing, and subsidy documentation
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
Serve as a point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with teachers and directors to support smooth operations and staff scheduling
Assist with staff onboarding and general HR support as needed
Handle school social media account and creat posts weekly
Requirements
Experience in school administration, office coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable leading tours and speaking with families
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic data entry
Familiarity with child care subsidy systems (e.g., CCFRI, Affordable Child Care Benefit) is an asset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal record check
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Photoshop/ Canva or other editing skills are a plus
