Our client, is seeking a highly experienced Scheduling Lead for a major project. This is a critical leadership role on a high-value, schedule-driven project.



If you're a seasoned construction scheduler with a deep understanding of large industrial facilities -- and have mastery in Primavera P6, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy Monitor progress and forecast completion dates, identifying critical path items and risks Lead schedule reviews with internal and external stakeholders Provide regular reporting on schedule performance (weekly/monthly) Support the construction team in identifying potential delays and assist in mitigation planning Maintain and organize historical data for future reference and benchmarking

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in construction scheduling, ideally in heavy industrial or projects Proven experience on auxiliary boiler houses or similar large-scale industrial builds Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6 Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work on-site with a collaborative, boots-on-the-ground team Engineering or technical diploma/degree is an asset
