Four 10-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling options including Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Wednesday to Saturday.

Position Summary:
Responsible for handling customer calls and gathering necessary information to schedule service appointment. Manage customer follow ups and give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Make outbound call to educate clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments. Ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
Comfortable with outbound calling
Superior Customer Service Skills
Professional communication: written and verbal
Well-organized and the ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
Experience in offering membership-based services
Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
