Position Description

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator (18 month contract) to join the Division of Paediatric Medicine administrative team. This is a hybrid working environment - you will be on-site and working from home (schedule to be determined by the Business Operations Manager).

Here's What You'll Get to Do

Organize Rounds (Hot Topics, Noon Report, Academic Rounds, Ward Orientation, Professionalism Rounds, Senior Leader Bootcamp) Assign Resident Ward/Outpatient Clinic POWER assignment Hypercare- Monthly Input General administrative duties including calendar management , CV updating and document management for several part-time physicians Submitting expense reimbursements and other financial transactions Input scheduling data into computerized scheduling databases Recording minutes of scheduling meetings when necessary Support our Observership program

Here's What You'll Need

Minimum Educational Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Health or Business Administration or a related program. Job Related Experience Requirement: 2 years administrative and coordination experience, preferably in a hospital environment Proficient with computer systems and software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, etc.). Ability to multi-task, prioritize and reprioritize in an environment of constant change. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Committed to customer service Organized, attention to detail, and effective time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of the Paediatric Medicine team Demonstrated commitment and actions in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion objectives.
