Position Scope:
The Scheduling Coordinator / Inventory Management position is responsible for processing all inventory movement transactions in EKOS. This position is responsible for collecting all documents, organizing, and digitally filing those documents within Field & Forge Brewing Co.'s shared file system. Also, responsible for managing the entire life cycle of a product: acquisition, distribution, allocation, and delivery to customer.?The role also monitors/administers transportation, inventory, purchasing, warehousing and contacts customers to confirm scheduling and inventory needs. Assistance in other data entry activities or other duties as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Create Bill of Ladings for deliveries and pickups
Scan and file Bill of Ladings and all receiving documents
Communicate to administration any chargeable items to client
Collect all documentation to be processed in EKOS from Shipping/Receiving Dept.
Review documents to verify their accuracy
Make the required entries into EKOS
Assist in scheduling freight and delivery shipments with F&F truck
Assist with managing incoming/outgoing kegs
Schedule shipments to Connect with ASN's, BDL with STO#s & other warehouses
Schedule upcoming batches into EKOS and adjust/maintain as necessary
Assist with collecting packaging information for input into batch
Maintain, order and receive raw material and packaging inventory to ensure production & packaging schedule can be achieved
Work with customers to ensure required raw materials and packaging supplied by Customer is received at F&F to meet production & packaging schedule
Work with administration and customers to ensure deposit payments are received prior to production scheduled dates
Work with customer to communicate date of finished goods, payment and shipment
Current inventory reporting for Customer inventory on F&F premises
Keep all documents organized and grouped accordingly and scan into folders on shared folders
Forward processed documents to the appropriate Field & Forge personnel to allow paperwork flow to continue
Enter and scan Fermentation Logs
Enter recipes in EKOS
Enter completed brewsheets into EKOS and add scans to batch in EKOS
Assist in month-end inventory counts and adjust in EKOS
Maintain finished goods pricelists - LTO's & price updates
Create job files upon start of new batch & maintain throughout to completion
Barcode and Label creation
Other special projects and data entry as required
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with or knowledge of basic Microsoft software that includes but is not limited to Office and/or Excel and/or Word and/or Outlook and/or SQL
Familiarity with or knowledge of basic inventory flow in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with or knowledge of ERP system is an asset
Logistics experience is an asset
