In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

  • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, ensuring alignment with client and contractor expectations.
  • Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in collaboration with the project controls team.
  • Support the lead scheduler in maintaining master schedules, resource and cost loading.
  • Using OPC, develop sandbox schedules for reviewing options and schedule slippage mitigations
  • Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path, resource stacking, and risk assessments and advise the client on mitigations.
  • Analyze and report deviations from baseline schedules, recommending corrective actions.
  • Track and monitor schedule performance, providing updates for project status reports.
  • Coordinate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely updates to the master schedule.
  • Prepare monthly planning and scheduling contributions for project reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and program governance.
Qualifications
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling
  • Experience in the real estate sector on a minimum of two projects of
$100M construction value * Knowledge of EVM preferred
  • Expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and contractor inputs.
  • Experience in a consultancy or owner organization is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (minimum Reliability).
