Job Summary



As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installation appointments, managing customer communication, and ensuring all jobs are set up for success. This role requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and Installers Optimize daily schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity (i.e., planning best routes for installers) Communicate professionally with clients regarding timelines, prep requirements, and any required changes Use geographical knowledge to plan logical routes and appointment groupings Monitor ongoing installations and adjust the schedule as needed Collaborate with the production and installation teams to align schedules with project requirements (e.g., total square footage, travel time, and job scope) Maintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and related documentation in scheduling calendar for both installations and production. Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications



Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar administrative role considered an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficiency with scheduling (e.g., Microsoft Office & Google Suite) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
