About The Vineyards Residence:
Opened in 2021, The Vineyards Residence is a state-of-the-art, five-storey, 134-suite community specializing in enhanced assisted living and memory care services in the Okanagan region.
Our residence is designed with a unique "small home environment" model, each neighbourhood has only 16-17 suites with dedicated activity and dining spaces to foster connection, structure, and familiarity.
Amenities include spacious suites with in-suite laundry, memory boxes, Surgically Clean Air systems, a 5-storey glass atrium, multiple dining venues (including The Bluff Pub and Vista Lounge), a gym, therapy rooms, a large bus for outings, and a cafe.

Qualifications:
Required: Criminal Record Check (working with Vulnerable Adults)
Preferred Experience:
Working with residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's
Office Administration in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent people skills and customer service abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive problem solver
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Duties:
Manage and update staff scheduling, ensuring high-priority shifts are filled
Support residents, families, visitors, and team members with professionalism and compassion
Provide front desk support including mail delivery, visitor screening, and logging resident movements
Monitor arrivals/departures and maintain accurate records
Order and maintain administrative supplies
Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain a positive, approachable attitude and problem-solving mindset
